Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you buy something, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and a phone number for delivery, plus what you ordered. Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store them.

How we use it

Only to process, print, ship and support your order: we share your name, shipping address, email and phone with our print partner (Printify) so they can make and deliver it, and we email you about your order (for example, your tracking link).

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. A purchase doesn't sign you up for text messages, and the phone number you give at checkout is only used for delivery.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data clears it.

Cookies, the Meta Pixel and ads

We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure our ads: it notes which pages you view, what you add to your cart, when you start checkout and when you buy, and it sets cookies in your browser to do that. When you place an order, we also send Meta the purchase directly, with your email, phone, name, city, state, ZIP and country scrambled (hashed) first so they can't be read, plus your browser's IP address and type. Meta uses this to tell us which ads led to sales. We never send your card details or street address. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and with your browser's cookie settings.

We also count how many people are on the site right now, anonymously: a random code for each open page, the page, and your country or state. No cookies, names, emails or IP addresses are kept for this, and the records are deleted within a day.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Printify (printing and shipping), Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (order records), Textmagic (order emails) and Meta (ad measurement). They only use your information to provide these services.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email ramajeroc@ramajeroc.music. We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting and support.
