Return Policy

Printed just for you

Every piece is printed when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or color picked, or accidental orders. Please check the size and color before you pay.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number (or the email you used at checkout), a short description and clear photos of the item. We'll send a free replacement or refund you.

Don't send items back first

Please don't mail anything back before we reply. Most problems are fixed with a replacement, no return needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show it.
